Q: When should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM on Friday, September 24, 2027. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early at the American Visionary Art Museum to find your seat and settle in!

Q: Where is the venue located?

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at the American Visionary Art Museum (AVAM) in Baltimore. The museum will be open for guests to explore after during our cocktail hour.

Q: How should I get to the venue?

We're keeping things close! While we won’t have a formal shuttle, the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court is a 12-minute walk from the venue. Rides-shares like Uber and Lyft are also widely available in the area if you prefer to catch a quick ride.

Q: Is there parking at AVAM?

There is limited, metered street parking available along Key Highway and Covington Street. If you're staying at one of our block hotels, we recommend leaving your car and walking or hailing a ride-share to AVAM.

Q: Is this indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be outdoors, with the option of having it in a covered area, if needed. The reception will be inside the Sculpture Barn at AVAM.

Q: What is the dress code?

Semi-formal / cocktail attire.

Q: Can I bring a plus one or my kids?

Your plus one will be noted on your RSVP. Our wedding is adults only unless we've previously told you otherwise.
